You can cancel up to 10 business days prior to the seminar for a full refund. If you cancel less than 10 business days prior, you can postpone and attend a future seminar up to one year later OR you can send someone in your place. If you don’t cancel and don’t attend, there will be no refund, because that seat could have been filled by someone else. Thank you.

Due to the time and effort I invest in a private program for you, including the customized workbooks and course outline, the refund process is different. If you are dissatisfied with the program (which has never happened in 24 years), just mail us a short letter explaining why you were not satisfied within 60 days of the date that the private program was held, and we will cheerfully issue a 50% Refund and you can keep the books and the workbooks.
